Christmas is only a few days away! There is nothing I love more then holiday finger foods! We recently hosted two Christmas parties at our house. Here are some of the simple appetizers I made for my husbands coworkers who came last Thursday night! So grab your grocery list and add one of these three ingredient appetizers to your last holiday get-together.
Pie Crust (check out our favorite recipe in a recent Friday Favorites)
Roll out your favorite pastry dough. Then place three tablespoons of apricot preserves onto the center of the dough. Place the Brie on top of the preserves and wrap the pastry dough around the Brie until is is fully covered. Place the wrapped Brie smooth side up onto a baking dish and brush with an egg wash. Bake for 20 mins on 350 degrees. I served it with slices of baguette that we toasted.
2.5 lbs Frozen Fully Cooked Meatballs (we got ours from Costco)
3/4 Cup Grape Jelly
3/4 Cup Ketchup
Combine the grape jelly and ketchup. Pour meatballs into a crockpot. Spoon the jelly/ketchup mixture over the top. Put the crockpot on low and allow to cook for 2 hours while stirring occasionally.
Bacon Parmesean Appetizer

Cream Cheese with Pepper Jelly
Super Simple. Pour pepper jelly over a block of cream cheese. Serve with club crackers.
I Fill a glass with equal parts champagne to juice. I then pour in a splash of Chambord. A pretty touch is to put a frozen raspberry in the bottom of the glass.
1 lb Hot Sausage
8 Ounces Grated Cheddar Cheese
3.5 Cups Bisquick
Combine the ingredients. Shape a tablespoon of mixture into a small ball. Place on nonstick baking dish and bake for 15 minutes on 375 degrees.
